Aquae Sulis Spa at JW Marriott has new signature treatments for 2008. This local fave is a perfect place to unwind after a night of dancing, concert going or a day of shopping. The JW is just 20 minutes northwest of The Strip and just off the 215 and Summerlin Parkway so you can circumvent city traffic when you're coming in from St. George.

Settle in for the Sampler Massage at Aquae Sulis a customized deep tissue, Swedish, desert stone, reflexology, scalp, foot and/or aromatherapy. You won't be the same, and your body will thank you. The 50-80 minute treatment runs $145-$185 respectively.

Or, perfect for these waning winter months, perk up with a Watsu massage in a private outdoor covered pool heated to 98 degrees. This really opens the heart and quiets the mind to relieve pent up stress. The 60-minute treatment is $160.

There's much to do at Aquae Sulis so expect to spend a few hours near the pool, or inside at the waters in the Romanesque room, working out or taking a yoga or tai chi class.
